I got this as a birthday present for my friend, who has Lyme Disease and was just diagnosed with lupus. She has some days when she suffers from neck and back pain, so I thought this would be perfect for her, and it is! The lavender scent is heavenly--so soothing. She was thrilled to receive this as a gift, and I was delighted to give it to her. It is pretty and well made. She loved that it was her favorite color (pink). I loved that I could custom order it in whatever color I wanted. She plans to use it right away, and I know it will give her great comfort and look pretty all at the same time.
